Fight Club

Held once a month, students in our Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts program come together for a 2 hour drills, sparring and conditioning class.

Fight Club is a great opportunity for students to put together the skills they have learnt in a practical and safe environment. Students begin to use limited offensive weapons while they develop their defence, once improvements have been made and the student begins to get comfortable, we slowly add more offensive weapons. This step by step approach not only ensures your safety, but it allows you to develop your skills at a faster rate.

In addition to the combat skills taught and developed, students engage in a 30 minute conditioning circuit that will get your body moving through fatigue. Circuits are set up that will work the entire body, leaving you exhausted but feeling great.


Fight Club is an invite only class. Students must be a member of either our Mixed Martial Arts or Muay Thai Program
