At JAI Martial Arts we offer Private Classes and Semi Private Classes (small groups) for those looking for more attention, assistance and faster development – and it’s not just kids that benefit from one on one training.

Read below to find out our TOP 5 reasons why Private Classes are so beneficial.

 

Your Schedule:

For most adults, your schedule revolves around family and work. The majority of our Fitness and Martial Art classes start in the evening which for some families is dinner time. Private Classes are available during the day per availability, this means you can schedule a class before or after school drop off. We can work around your schedule to help you get back into your Training and Fitness Goals.

Immediate Feedback:

With one on one, or small group classes, there is the opportunity for immediate feedback and correction. This allows the Trainer to identify what area needs to improve, we can correct it, and then develop it so it becomes the natural movement pattern. Immediate feedback ensures you are performing the movements the right way, and the safe way.

Goal Specific:

Whether you want to improve your general Fitness or further develop your Martial Arts Training, our Private Classes will help you. For most adults they choose Private Classes to ease themselves back into training, to improve their Fitness and/or to work on their Training Techniques. For kids, Private Classes help to prepare for upcoming gradings, and to work on coordination, attention and technique.

Variety:

We’re able to mix things up in the sessions to create a bit of excitement and break the repetition. In our adult programs we can add fat burning finishers where we use various Training Tools such as Battle Ropes, Kettlebells and Medicine Balls. In our kids programs we can add Pad Sparring which works on the students quick thinking to build together combinations, actions and reactions. While we create the variety in Training, we’re still focusing on the individual and their Training Goals.

The Challenge:

Although it sounds scary, the Private Classes provide you with a challenge. Whether it’s a mental challenge as you aim to remember combinations and movement patterns, or a physical challenge that will get you exercising and moving with goals. By momentarily stepping out of your comfort zone, you’ll find out all the great things you can accomplish – you just need that little push!

 

Private Classes are a great alternative for those who cannot make the Group Classes, or want some extra assistance. Private Classes can be booked by contacting the school, and are suitable for all fitness and experience levels. Let us help you reach your Goals faster.
