With the increase in local violence over the past month, many parents have expressed interest in taking back control. This 90 minute workshop is designed to give you the knowledge, awareness, and basic tips and strategies to feel empowered. This workshop is perfect for your wife and/or teenage daughter.
Grandmaster Joe has held 2 Self Defence Workshops so far this year. If you have attended either, you can attest to how informative and empowering they left you. If you haven’t attended any, this is your chance.
