THE 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS WORKOUT⛄️

There are lots of variations of the workout named after the song – The Twelve Days of Christmas. Like the song, there is a lot of repetition as the days (or numbers) are constantly repeated. The breakdown of exercises should look like this:

2, 1
3, 2, 1
4, 3, 2, 1
..this repeats until the last day where you countdown all the days 12, 11, 10…3, 2, 1.

2. 2 x DB Clean and Press
3. 3 x DB Renegade Row
4. 4 x Pull Ups
5. 5 x DB Curls (e/s)
6. 6 x SB GTOS
7. 7 x Squats
8. 8 x KB Crush Rows
9. 9 x DB OH Press
10. 100m SB Carry
11. 11 x KB Patrick Steps (e/s)
12. 12 x Ballistic KB Rows
