FREE Fitness Classes

Every year around this time, we offer all JAI HSC students FREE access to our Fitness programs during the October and November period.

During this stressful period, we remind all students sitting their exams that you can’t study all day everyday. You need to balance your time effectively and focus on:

  • Quality hours of study
  • Quality hours of sleep
  • Quality nutrition and hydration
  • Quality use of ‘free’ time – fresh air, conversations with real people, exercise etc

To help support our students, we’re giving you FREE access to our Saturday morning Muay Thai Fitness class. Whether you train in Muay Thai or not, the class is a great way to break a sweat, release some feel good endorphins into your body, and will get you out of bed early (class starts at 7.45am Saturday mornings).

If you plan on coming, make sure you contact us to let us know you’ll be attending. Bring with you:

  • Some gloves for boxing
  • A towel
  • A drink
  • Wear comfortable exercise clothing
