Increased Hygiene Measures at JAI

March 8, 2020

With numerous reports about the potential spread of the coronavirus, we would like to inform all families of our proactive measures we are taking as a business to ensure the health and wellbeing of everyone in attendance.

While we are not aware of any incidences within our JAI community, we still wanted to assure everyone that we are taking every step necessary to promote a healthy training environment for our students, instructors and families visiting JAI Martial Arts. We encourage all students and families to use the additional hand sanitisers that are available at the front counter, as well as soap available in the bathroom both before and after your lessons.

On the mats, our instructors are using hand sanitisers before every new class commences (and during class if need be). We have also increased the cleaning of our  equipment and training environment.

If you (or your child) have any common cold like symptoms, please respect your fellow JAI families and take a break from training while your health improves. If healthy, we encourage you to continue to exercise and train as physical exercise is known to boost your immune system.

We will continue to monitor information we receive and do our best to ensure the health and wellbeing of the community. We encourage you all to take care and look after one another.
