Introducing: Metabolic Burn

We are proud to announce our third morning Fitness Program – METABOLIC BURN.

Metabolic Burn focuses on compound movements which target multiple muscles at the one time. You will perform movements for a set period of time with little rest in between exercises. In doing so we maximise our calorie burn and increase our metabolic rate both during and after your workout.

On Sunday 28th April we will be giving our Instagram competition winners a FREE SNEAK PEAK into the program.

We will officially launch Metabolic Burn in Term 2 every Tuesday mornings from 7am and 9.30am. The first class will be held on May 7th.
