Get Ready for 2021 Group Classes!
We hope everyone has enjoyed their break and are looking forward to getting back on the mats. Please see below the programs that will be returning from January 11.
Monday and Wednesday nights:
6.15pm: Fitness Program
7.00pm: Muay Thai
Please note that classes need to be booked in as class numbers will be limited in all programs.
