From Monday October 14th we are adding in TWO MORE Muay Thai Classes to the weekly schedule:
Monday 7 – 8pm: Muay Thai Group Class
Tuesday 645 – 730pm: Muay Thai: Pad work, Bag work and Fitness
Wednesday 7 – 8pm: Muay Thai Group Class
Thursday 645 – 730pm: Muay Thai: Pad work, Bag work and Fitness
Saturday 745 – 830am: Muay Thai Fitness: Resistance Training and Bag Work
With flexible options, members can choose how many times a week they visit (come once a week, or come to every session!)
