GET READY FOR THE LAUNCH OF MTF!

Our brand new Fitness Program Muay Thai Fit (MTF) launches in FEBRUARY. This 45 minute class is a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT that will teach you basic Muay Thai Striking, combined with Body Weight Training, Resistance Based Training and Plyometric Training. The end result is an energising, fat burning workout that you will LOVE!!!
