Muay Thai Fit

Join us every Saturday morning for Muay Thai Fit (MTF), our brand new Fitness Program that combines Muay Thai with Resistance Based Training, Body Weight Training and Functional Training Movements.

MTF is suitable for all fitness levels, as well as for those with and without any Martial Art experience – we will teach you! There is no contact, just 45 minutes of Fat Burning!

Classes start at 7.45am, we look forward to seeing you on the mats
