Your NEW Morning Workout

This year we launched our brand new morning fitness program – Muay Thai Fit (MTF).

Similar to our JAI Fit program, MTF is a 45 minute workout designed for you to work at your own pace as you burn fat and build lean muscle. Our MTF classes combine basic Muay Thai and Kickboxing skills with Resistance Training and Body Weight Training. To set the tone we’re playing some old school RnB and Hip Hop music to help you smash through the workout.

Both MTF and JAI Fit are time based workouts that get you working for periods of time, and resting for periods of time. Benefits of this style of training include:
* The class allows you to work at your pace. Resting extra when needed, or working slower while working on technique and form.
* You don’t need to count your reps to know when you’ve finished, just wait for the bell to ring and you’re done. In some sets you might feel great, in other sets fatigue might kick in and your output might reduce. Whether you do 15 reps or 5 reps, you do what you can in the time period allocated.
* Shorter workout time allows for greater output. There’s no need for steady cardio over a long period of time. Our classes work on shorter workout times of 40 seconds (and sometimes less) to get you working at a higher level resulting in more fat burning.

For those with NO Martial Art training we will give you a breakdown of how to correctly perform the movements. MTF is a great add on to those who currently train with us, and is also a great alternative for those looking to mix up their Fitness Training.
